Corporate Members shall be persons, firms, companies or corporations, including natural gas pipelines, actively engaged in the distribution and sale of manufactured or natural gas by means of pipe distribution systems within the State of Alabama. The term corporation shall also include gas utilities owned and operated by municipalities, counties and special gas districts.
Affiliate Members shall be persons, firms, companies or corporations actively engaged in the manufacture or fabrication of gas appliances or equipment for the gas industry; the sale or distribution of same, or persons, firms, companies or corporations that furnish professional services to the gas industry. Affiliate members must be nominated by a Corporate Member.
Secondary Affiliate shall be Manufacturers / Suppliers who provide resources and contribute to the value of ANGA Affiliates and who enhance the educational and operating needs of the membership at large. Secondary Affiliates must be sponsored by and listed under a Primary Affiliate member company.
Associate Members are considered those employees of a firm, company, or corporation, other than the primary representative listed as the Corporate of Affiliate member. No person shall be admitted to Associate Membership unless his employer is a Corporate or Affiliate Member and shall have nominated him for Associate Membership.
